Bobbi Kristina, the 22-year-old daughter of Brown and late singer Whitney Houston, died Sunday, six months after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her home near Atlanta. She had remained in the hospital and in hospice care since then. Her family said in a statement on Sunday, “Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away July 26 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”
Whitney Houston’s official Facebook page also posted a note that read, “It is hard to say goodbye. On Sunday, July 26, Bobbi Kristina Brown made her transition peacefully. The family thanks everyone for their loving thoughts and prayers.”
