Masterminds of Gombe state Bombing has been Arrested

The Nigerian Military has confirmed the arrest of two terrorists, who were the masterminds of last year’s bombing at the terminus of Gombe state Transport Services, popularly called Gombe line.
A statement by the Defence Headquarters indicates that the two high profile terrorists were arrested at a check point in Bajoga, Funakaye Local Government Area of the state...

“Two masterminds of last year’s bombing at the Gombe Line Transport Services have been arrested after a shootout with troops in Gombe. They were arrested following surveillance and intelligence operations that tracked them to a check point at Bajoga in Gombe state.” Part of the statement read.
The Military said one of the terrorists sustained serious injuries during the encounter and is being treated at a military medical centre.
It also said the arrested culprits were already being interrogated.
It could be recalled that last year, there was an attack on the Gombe Line bus terminus, precisely on Friday October 31, where a lot of people lost their lives and security agencies pledged then, to arrest those behind the dastard act.
