'I need to be positive': Scott Disick breaks silence on Kourtney Kardashian split as he 'sips water' at nightclub appearance in Las Vegas

Scott Disick has finally opened up about his split from longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian.
Making his first public appearance since the break-up at 1 Oak nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday, the father-of-three told reporters '[I'm] just taking it one day at a time,'
Walking the red carpet looking clean-cut in a grey suit with white shirt, the reality star added 'With everything going on right now, I need to be positive for myself'....


Sources told Us Weekly that Scott, 32, stuck to water during the evening, sipping from a small bottle, while also regularly checking his phone.
He arrived at 12:15am and 'kept his distance from female fans' while he hung out as his VIP table.
The party-loving star was joined by pals Mally Mall of Love and Hip Hop Hollywood and artist Alec Monopoly.

Insiders said the typically outrageous star was more restrained during the night and appeared 'disconnected' once he got inside the club.
He did however take the mic and talk to the crowd who had eagerly awaited his arrival.
It was his first gig since cancelling two prior arranged club appearances.
Before heading to the Sin City hot spot, Scott ate at Mirage's Stack restaurant and snapped a photo of his plate of orange chicken.
'Dinner,' he captioned the photo on his Instagram.

In the hours leading up to his 1 Oak apearance, Scott was spotted at his Beverly Hills bachelor pad speeding off in his sporty Mercedes.
Days earlier - after being absent for almost a month in the wake of his split from Kourtney - the 'lord' was seen treating his eldest son, Mason, five, to a selection of new LEGO toys from Barnes & Noble in Calabasas.
Scott also spent time with his two younger children Penelope, three, and seven-month-old Reign during his visit but Mason was the only child seen catching up with his dad at the toy store.
The time with his children was short lived however as he soon jetted off to Las Vegas.

Meanwhile, Kourtney has been putting on a brave face since the split, as she posted a photo of herself having quality time with her 'boy' on Friday night.
A photo shared to her Instagram page showed Kourtney, 36, tucked up in bed watching Scooby-Doo, as she dubbed her evening in bed 'perfect.'
Kourtney captioned the image: 'Scoobs in bed with my boy. #perfectfridaynight'

Kourtney called off their nine-year relationship after reportedly becoming fed up with Scott's hard-partying ways.
The final straw came when Scott was photographed being very affectionate with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in Monaco.
