The English rose romantically linked to Hollywood moviestar Tom Cruise is said to be 'popular,' 'outgoing' and 'fun-loving.'
Fifty-three-year-old hunk Tom is thought to have handpicked 'conscientious' film graduate Emily to work with him on Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, and new sources suggest the beauty is destined for big things.
New pictures of film set assistant Emily show her enjoying typical party-hard weekends with friends but one pal suggests she could now be too career-focused to become the star's fourth wife.
The source told The Daily Express: 'She is a lovely girl who is working hard to get on in the movie business. She is very conscientious and has done well to get as far as she has in such a short period of time.'
The brunette is said to hail from a 'very ordinary family' though she was raised in a £1.1million property in Hertfortshire, owned by her banker father, the newspaper claims.
The headmaster of Emily's former £4,000-a-term Abbot's Hill girls' school James Fowler described her as an academic overachiever, especially in the field of athletics.
'She was just a delightful girl from a very nice, supportive, very ordinary family, he said. 'I remember her as popular, outgoing and engaging pupil who was liked by everyone. She was a very good student.'

After school, Emily went off to college where she completed a diploma at a London secretarial college before pursuing film.
Tom and Emily met when she was hired as Cruise’s on-set assistant for Rogue Nation, the fifth installment of his Mission Impossible franchise, due out next week.
She will also join him on his next project Mena.
They are rumoured to have been a couple since late last year, and while this has never been confirmed, it is reported plans are already being made for them to get married.
When news broke, early pictures suggested that there was something rather familiar about the leading lady in question.
Emily started working for Cruise only last year. And it’s perhaps not difficult to see what drew him to her.
With dark brown hair and hazel eyes, she bears a striking resemblance to Cruise’s most recent ex-wife, actress Katie Holmes.

Tom was so impressed with her, he made it clear he wanted her to work with him on all his upcoming projects,' it was added.
In November, UsWeekly reported that he had a 'crush' on the pretty brunette.
'He's always flirting with her,' a source maintained. 'Most people on the film have noticed how into her he is.'
This year they have worked together on his film Mena, about a drug runner who works as an informant for the CIA.
He would only leave her side long enough to shoot his scenes, then he'd be right back by her side,' said a source.
Another source added, 'She's super caring with him. And as his assistant, she makes sure his every need is met.'
They have yet to show any affection in public.
'He always seemed really happy when she was around and incredibly proud to have her by his side,' it was also alleged.
Mena recently wrapped and soon after the two went to Morocco where, according to Star, he was scouting locations for his next Mission: Impossible movie.
It was also noted that she will be working with the star when he shoots his next Jack Reacher movie.
An insider claimed he may have 'popped the question' while in Morocco. A source also said they may marry in London in December.

Cruise has a history of proposing soon after he meets a woman he falls in love with.
He didn't waste too much time before marrying Mimi Rogers in 1987 (they divorced in 1990). And he wed Nicole Kidman in 1990 soon after he met her on the set of Days Of Thunder.
Though he did wait before marrying Holmes, she got pregnant with their nine-year-old daughter Suri - now aged nine - not long after they started dating.
He also has daughter Isabella, 22, and Connor, 20.
His film Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation. opens on July 31.
Earlier on Wednesday, Holmes was seen on Good Morning America and Live! With Kelly And Michael promoting her TV series Ray Donovan. She did not discuss Cruise.
